I'm on a mission y'all

BREAKFAST DRINK
. Summer is around the corner, but the only 6 pack I have is the Dos Equis in the fridge 😩. Ok, all jokes aside, I'm ready to take my fitness journey to the next level. I've been in this weird rubberband-y weight loss situation for the past 2 years and I've had enough (physically & mentally).


How do you stay motivated? What workouts keep you interested? How do you say no to pasta? I have so many questions! However, I'm going to try to answer them and make this lifestyle my reality. "Everything in moderation", they say.


I'm kick-starting my journey by doing Dr. Oz's 3 Day Detox Cleanse. I've done it a few times before, so I feel comfortable knowing how my body is going to react. He's created this formula that groups together specific fruits and veggies that work well together to detox the body safely. The drinks are very tasty, and I also always feel really energized at the end of it.


In addition to this cleanse, I'm going to document my workouts and food intake moving forward. Hold me accountable peeps!

THE CLEANSE



BREAKFAST

1 Cup Water

1 Tbsp. Flax Seed

1 Cup Raspberries

1 Banana

1/4 Cup Spinach

1 Tbsp. Almond Butter

2 Tsp. Lemon



LUNCH

4 Celery stalks

1 Cucumber

1 Cup Kale Leaves

1/2 Green Apple

1/2 Lime

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

1 Cup Pineapple




DINNER

1/2 C Mango

1 Cup Blueberries

1 1/2 Coconut Water

1 Cup Kale

1 Tbsp Lemon

1/4 Avocado

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
