Hi Internet!

It's been a while.  Did you miss me?!

I've taken this time away for some self exploration.  In doing that, I've discovered a few things about the way social media has truly affected my disposition.

First of all, the amount of time I spend checking my Instagram feed on the daily basis is out of control.  Granted, Social Media Influencer is an actual job description I'd like to acquire, however, what influence are we really having on the world?  WHAT DO I WANT MY INFLUENCE TO BE?

Here's the deal.  You don't have to be "somebody" to be somebody.  I mean, you don't have to have 500K followers to be a valued member of society and leave a mark on this world.  Sometimes that's a hard pill to swallow.  Especially living and working in Hollywood where everything is hierarchical based on fame.

I've noticed that people idolize influencers and celebrities without knowing who they really are.  I've met a lot of "famous" people and the first thing I thought was, "wow, you're just a human".

I received a lot of feedback on my " Pretty Little Liar" post.  It sort of kick-started this series for me.  It was a combination of that and people commenting on my posts telling me I'm perfect.  I AM NOT!

Ultimately my goal is to create art that will show people that we all bleed.  We all have things that make us tick. We all love, hurt, cry, get excited... lets humanize the media!

I could rant on and on but I'm hoping this project speaks for itself.
